Google says a word cloud is an image composed of words used in a particular text or subject, in which the size of each word indicates its frequency or importance. I’ve been using word clouds for a long time and I think they are awesome to teach vocabulary among other topics. There are many word clouds creator online and most of them are free. It’s wonderful and easy to create one. Most of the creators are easy to use and user friendly. I love wordle.net and abcya word clouds. There is also tagxedo and many other websites at the click of a google search.
